Christmas Workshops
In order to promote Christmas traditions, it will be held from the 19th December to 4th of January a series of workshops regarding delicacies and products that characterise Madeira Christmas and New Year’s festivities.
These workshops present some of the local gastronomy delicacies such as the typical "Bolo de Mel" (honey molasses cake), "Broas" ( honey molasses biscuits), "Carne vinha d´alhos" ( pork marinated in wine and garlic), among other traditional Christmas recipes, apart from its traditional handcrafts.
This occasion will also include Madeira Wines and Madeira Rums masterclasses, in addition to other traditional Madeiran decorative elements.
