Regata Transquadra departure

Regata Transquadra departure
At the end of this month, at Quinta do Lorde marina, the 2nd stage of the most important transatlantic sailing race, the Transquadra, will set sail.
After an interregnum of 3 months, the sailors return to the sea, this time to cross the Atlantic Ocean towards the island of Martinique, departing on January 24th, at 11am, on a trip which is estimated to be travelled in 2 to 3 weeks.
This edition features 84 sailboats, which first stage connected last October the ports of Saint Nazaire, in France, and Barcelona, in Spain, to Madeira island, where the boats were anchored, as the crew was getting ready for another adventure.
Come to Madeira to see the exciting departure of the 8th edition of the Transquadra Regatta!
